Returns & Exchanges

One of the business goal from Miss Promo is trying to have our orders shipped with a 100% satisfaction from our ncustomers. So, please read the product's description carefully before placing an order. Please email us if you have any question about our products before you decide to place your order.

However, if you need to return or exchange a product or products, please follow the steps below to complete the return or exchange.

1. Contact us at customerservice@misspromo.com and let us know the reason you have to return or exchange the product(s).
2. please return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days after the date you received your order. We will send you a replacement or a refund.
3. Please send the return with a tracking number attached to the Return Address listed below.

Note:
1. Returned product must be as new condition as we have shipped to you.
2. A 15% restock charge will be imposed for any returns not at our fault.
3. Restock charge may be waived for equal exchanges at our discretion.
4. Customer to pay shipping for returns and exchanges.
5. We\'ll refund up to 70% at our discretion, if the return is after the above stated period (14 days).
6. No return or exchange acceptable after the order has been delivered more than two months.
7. No return or exchange acceptable for Sale Final items.

If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund you the full amount including shipping.

Please attach a Tracking Number for any package returned. Miss Promo is not responsible for the loss of packages. Also please attach a note stating the reason for returning. Thank you.
